1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RCMAXIS website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

RCMAXIS Health Services provides revenue cycle management, medical billing, claims management, denial management, compliance auditing, and related healthcare business process services to licensed healthcare providers in the United States.

3. Service Eligibility

Our services are available to licensed healthcare providers, medical practices, clinics, and healthcare organizations operating in the United States. By engaging our services, you represent that you are authorized to enter into a service agreement on behalf of your practice.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete patient demographic and insurance information
Ensure proper clinical documentation and coding support
Maintain active provider enrollments with payers
Execute required Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)
Respond to information requests in a timely manner

5. Service Level Commitments

RCMAXIS commits to maintaining industry-leading performance standards including a 98.4% clean claim rate, timely claim submission within 24-48 hours of charge receipt, and proactive denial management with appeals filed within payer-specific deadlines.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, and Protected Health Information exchanged during the course of the service relationship. All data handling complies with HIPAA regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

RCMAXIS shall not be liable for delays or failures in payer reimbursement caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: payer processing delays, incorrect information provided by the client, changes in payer policies, or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RCMAXIS Health Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 90 days written notice. Upon termination, RCMAXIS will assist with an orderly transition of billing operations, including the return of all client data and documentation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with dispute resolution through arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
